September 1, 2010 Congratulations goes out to Vonjobina for completing his Legendary item: Sulfurus, Hand of Ragnaros! He is the first memeber in the guild to recieve a legendary item, and the first item to count towards the "We Are Legendary" Achievement in Cataclysm. I believe Vonjobina mentioned it took roughly 5 months of running Molten Core to get all the materials needed to forge the mace!
Three more shards dropped for Dyvimtvar last night bringing his total up to 13 shards now. I believe Dyvimtvar is averaging 4 shards per week currently. I'm hoping as we go in to finish Icecrown Citadel this week that a few more shards will drop.
Welcome back to everyone who is FINALLY back from vacation! I think next year we should all have to schedule our vacations so that no more than one person is gone at any given time. Just saying!

"It's a cruel cruel summer" - sung by someone but I have no idea who!
Anyway its a cruel summer here cause it has been MEH weather wise the entire summer! I think we have had exactly one week of nice weather ONE that's it! The rest of the time it has rained with a couple of sunny days here and there! Which ... means ... I can't wait to GO TO VEGAS!! It should be pretty warm there in late October (hoping) - And since it is a guild get together, hopefully we'll see some wacky things happening ... kind of like at last years guild get together @ Cedar point!
Anyway since we haven't killed any new bosses ... in the month of August I figured I put in a SHARD Count ... you heard me!
So the LEGENDARY SHARD COUNT has started! Dyvimtvar (10/50) - for some sexy legendary axe from ICC. Braneour (21/30) - for some healing mace that I hear is pretty good.
The race is on, who will get their legendary weapon first, will it be Dyv or Bran? Only time will tell!
Speaking of Legendarys - The new guild achivement in Cataclysm .. we're going for it!! Here is a list of the people we have working on some of the items. Vonjobina - Sulfurus, Hand of Ragnaros - only needs the eye that drops off of Rag. Braneour - Thunderfury, Blessed Blad of the Windseeker - need the left binding, and a bunch of arcanite bars ??? - Warglaives of Azzinoth - rumor has it that Thedom currently holds the off-hand! ??? - Thori'dal, the Stars' Fury - Which lucky hunter will get this bow? Braneour - Val'anyr, Hammer of ancient Kings - 9 more shards and kill Yogg again Dyvimtvar - 40 more shards and legendary loot!

July 5th, 2010 Hey everyone! Hopefully everyone is enjoying their summer vacations so far!
We still have a couple of bosses left to beat to the ground before Cataclysm rolls around, however overall progression on these has been pretty good, with some ugly nights lol.
If you haven't had a chance, I'd recommend going to mmo-champion and checking out one of the videos posted of one of the new 5 man dungeons in Catacylsm, if this is what they are aiming for (in difficulty at least) I'd be happy. I still don't like the design dungeons have taken since The Burning Crusade (I hate and I mean hate hallway idea). I'm hoping blizzard does some more open layouts like BRD, or at least tries to mask the hallway feel a bit. Looks like 5 man bosses are not going to be a joke like they were in Wrath of the Lich King.
Things to note: With Cata rolling nearer, our recruitment is again open to all classes and specs. Also, for current guild members, keep your eye's open for exceptional players that are UNGUILDED (Sorry, I'm not for the poaching concept) or for players that express interest in joining the guild. Remember, send them here to apply!
Also, strongly think about the class and role you want to have in Cata, remember, you must be an EXPERT at your toon, so carefully think over what class/role you want to play and make sure you can play it.
